1. ABOUT GAME ARENA X

Game Arena X is an online gaming and competitive entertainment platform that allows eligible users to participate in video game matches and competitions. Certain competitions may require an entry amount and may provide prizes or rewards based on the results of the competition. Game Arena X competitions are designed to be skill-based competitions, where results are determined primarily by factors such as player performance, reaction time, strategy, decision-making, accuracy, game knowledge, and other gaming skills. Game Arena X does not intend to provide casino games, lotteries, slot machines, roulette, or other games in which winners are determined primarily by chance. Availability of particular competitions, payment methods, prizes, and Platform functionality may vary by jurisdiction.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To create an account and use paid competition features, you must:

You are responsible for determining whether participation in Game Arena X competitions is permitted in your location. Game Arena X may restrict or prohibit access from certain countries, regions, or territories where the Platform's services or particular competition formats cannot legally be offered.

• be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• provide accurate and truthful information;
• use the Platform only where participation is legally permitted;
• comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
• successfully complete identity or other verification procedures when required.

3. USER ACCOUNT

Each Player may create and maintain only the number of accounts permitted by Game Arena X. Unless expressly authorized, creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses, manipulating competitions, avoiding restrictions, or gaining an unfair advantage is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must immediately notify Game Arena X if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not sell, transfer, rent, lend, or otherwise provide your account to another person. Game Arena X may request additional verification where suspicious account activity is detected.

4. IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND KYC

Game Arena X may require identity verification (“KYC”) before allowing certain activities, including withdrawals. Verification may include requesting:

full legal name; date of birth; country of residence; residential address; telephone number; email address; government-issued identification; selfie or liveness verification; payment information; bank account information; proof of address; or other information reasonably required for identity, fraud-prevention, compliance, or payment-processing purposes. Where withdrawals are made by bank transfer, Game Arena X may require the beneficiary/account holder name to correspond to the verified identity of the Player. Game Arena X may delay or reject transactions while verification is pending. Failure or refusal to complete required verification may result in restrictions on deposits, competitions, withdrawals, or the account itself.

5. GAX

The Platform may use a digital unit identified as GAX for Platform transactions and participation in competitions. Unless expressly stated otherwise by Game Arena X, GAX is a Platform unit intended for use within the Game Arena X ecosystem. GAX does not represent:

ownership or equity in Game Arena X; shares or securities; voting rights; a bank deposit; interest-bearing funds; or any ownership interest in Company assets. The acquisition, use, conversion, withdrawal, and availability of GAX are subject to this Agreement and any additional Payment & Withdrawal Terms displayed on the Platform. Game Arena X may establish minimum and maximum transaction amounts and other reasonable limits.

6. PURCHASING GAX

Where available, Players may acquire GAX using payment methods supported by the Platform, which may include debit or credit cards and other approved payment methods. Available payment methods may vary by country. Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. By initiating a transaction, you authorize Game Arena X and its payment providers to process the information necessary to complete the transaction. Game Arena X may impose minimum or maximum purchase limits and may reject or review transactions for security, compliance, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.

7. COMPETITIONS AND ENTRY AMOUNTS

Game Arena X may allow Players to create or join competitive matches. Before joining a paid competition, the Platform will display relevant information, which may include:

competition or game; entry amount; number of participants; prize or reward; applicable fees; competition rules; and other material conditions. By confirming participation, the Player authorizes the applicable entry amount to be deducted from their available Game Arena X balance. Once a competition begins, the entry amount will generally not be refundable except where expressly provided by this Agreement, the Refund Policy, or applicable law.

8. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

Competition results are determined by the applicable game's rules and technical systems. Depending on the game mode, winning criteria may include:

highest score; fastest completion time; number of eliminations; finishing position; objective completion; match result; or another clearly disclosed performance metric. Players agree that the Platform's server-side competition records may be used as the primary record when resolving disputes regarding match results. Game Arena X may investigate suspicious or inconsistent results before releasing prizes.

9. PRIZES AND WINNINGS

After a competition has been validly completed, prizes may be credited to the winning Player's Game Arena X balance. Prize distribution may be delayed while Game Arena X investigates:

suspected cheating; technical problems; collusion; account manipulation; unauthorized software; payment fraud; identity verification issues; or other suspected violations. Where a match is determined to have been invalid, Game Arena X may cancel the result and, where appropriate, return affected entry amounts.

10. WITHDRAWALS

Eligible Players may request withdrawals using the methods available on the Platform. Available withdrawal methods may include bank transfer and other supported payout methods. Game Arena X may require successful KYC verification before processing a withdrawal. Players must provide accurate payout information. For bank transfers, this may include:

account holder name; IBAN or account number; bank name; SWIFT/BIC; and other information required by the payment provider or receiving bank. Game Arena X may establish:

minimum withdrawal amounts; maximum withdrawal amounts; transaction fees; daily, weekly, or monthly limits; and processing periods. All applicable fees and the amount expected to be received will be disclosed where required before a withdrawal is confirmed. Game Arena X is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, incorrect information supplied by the Player, compliance reviews, or circumstances outside Game Arena X's reasonable control.

11. REFUNDS

Purchases and competition entry amounts are subject to the Game Arena X Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Refunds will generally not be provided for:

completed competitions; competitions voluntarily entered by the Player and properly completed; losses resulting from normal competitive gameplay; dissatisfaction with a legitimate competition result; or violations of this Agreement by the Player. Refunds or balance restoration may be considered where:

a transaction was duplicated; a payment was charged but the corresponding balance was not delivered; a competition failed because of a verified Platform-side technical issue; a competition was cancelled by Game Arena X; or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

12. CHEATING AND FAIR PLAY

Game Arena X maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating and manipulation. Prohibited conduct includes:

hacks; aimbots; wallhacks; speed hacks; bots; macros that provide an unfair competitive advantage; unauthorized scripts; game-client manipulation; exploiting vulnerabilities; match fixing; collusion; intentionally losing matches; account sharing for competitive advantage; manipulating network connections; falsifying match results; interfering with other Players; and any other method intended to create an unfair advantage. Game Arena X may use automated and manual anti-cheat systems.

13. DISCONNECTIONS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and supported software environment. A Player disconnecting because of their own internet connection, computer, mobile device, software configuration, or other local issue does not automatically entitle the Player to a refund. Where a competition is materially affected by a verified Game Arena X server or Platform failure, Game Arena X may:

restart the competition; cancel the competition; refund entry amounts; restore affected balances; or take another reasonable corrective action.

14. TOURNAMENTS

Game Arena X may organize tournaments governed by additional Tournament Rules. Tournament Rules may establish:

registration periods; participant limits; qualification procedures; brackets; rooms; passwords; match schedules; scoring; tie-breaking procedures; prizes; disqualification rules; and communication requirements. By registering for a tournament, the Player agrees to the applicable Tournament Rules in addition to this Agreement. Where tournament-specific rules conflict with general competition rules, the tournament-specific rules will apply to that tournament to the extent permitted by law.

15. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not use Game Arena X to:

commit fraud; launder money; use stolen payment instruments; impersonate another person; abuse promotional offers; manipulate competitions; circumvent geographic restrictions; bypass account restrictions; interfere with Platform infrastructure; attack Game Arena X servers; exploit Platform vulnerabilities; harass or threaten other Players; conduct unlawful transactions; or engage in activities prohibited by applicable law.

16. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONAL GAX

Game Arena X may provide bonuses, promotional GAX, promotional credits, free competition entries, or other incentives. Promotional balances may be subject to separate conditions, including:

expiration dates; competition requirements; withdrawal restrictions; minimum participation requirements; one bonus per person/account/device/household; or other disclosed promotional conditions. Promotional GAX may be non-withdrawable unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempting to create multiple accounts or manipulate Platform systems to obtain additional bonuses may result in cancellation of the bonus and account restrictions.

17. PAYMENT FRAUD AND CHARGEBACKS

Fraudulent payment activity is prohibited. If a Player initiates a chargeback or payment dispute concerning a valid transaction, Game Arena X may temporarily restrict the Player's account while the dispute is investigated. Game Arena X may provide transaction and account records to payment processors, banks, card networks, or competent authorities where reasonably necessary to investigate a dispute or comply with law. Game Arena X will not penalize a Player merely for exercising a legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect transaction.

18. TAXES

Players are responsible for determining whether prizes, winnings, rewards, withdrawals, or other amounts received through Game Arena X are subject to taxation in their jurisdiction. Where required by law, Game Arena X may:

collect tax-related information; withhold applicable amounts; report transactions or winnings; or provide information to competent authorities.

19. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Game Arena X may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of:

cheating; fraud; payment abuse; multiple-account abuse; identity fraud; chargeback abuse; match fixing; collusion; Platform manipulation; unlawful activity; material breach of this Agreement; or conduct creating significant security or legal risk. Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, Game Arena X will provide notice of the reason for the restriction. Account termination does not automatically permit Game Arena X to confiscate legitimately acquired funds. Treatment of remaining balances will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, payment obligations, investigations, and any amounts lawfully owed to Game Arena X.

20. USER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATION

Players must not upload, transmit, display, or communicate content that is:

illegal; threatening; abusive; fraudulent; defamatory; discriminatory; malicious; infringing; sexually exploitative; or intended to interfere with other Players or the Platform. Game Arena X may moderate Platform communications and remove content that violates these rules.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game Arena X Platform, including its software, interfaces, branding, logos, graphics, databases, game integrations, website content, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, Users may not:

copy; modify; reverse engineer; distribute; sell; sublicense; reproduce; or commercially exploit Game Arena X intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Game Arena X may use third-party providers for services such as:

payment processing; banking; identity verification; hosting; analytics; authentication; anti-fraud systems; and game networking. Your use of certain functionality may therefore also be subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms and privacy policies. Game Arena X is not responsible for third-party service interruptions outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

23. PRIVACY

Personal information is processed according to the Game Arena X Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Where identity verification is required, certain personal information may be processed by authorized KYC or payment providers. The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with this Agreement.

24. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Game Arena X aims to maintain reliable Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Platform may occasionally become unavailable because of:

maintenance; updates; infrastructure failures; cybersecurity incidents; third-party service failures; internet disruptions; or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Game Arena X may temporarily suspend certain features where necessary to maintain security, integrity, or regulatory compliance.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game Arena X will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

26. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM

Game Arena X may update, modify, add, or remove Platform features. This may include changes to:

games; competition formats; GAX functionality; payment methods; withdrawal methods; fees; transaction limits; eligibility requirements; and technical functionality. Material changes affecting existing contractual rights will be communicated as required by applicable law.

27. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Game Arena X may update this Agreement when reasonably necessary because of changes to the Platform, applicable laws, payment systems, security requirements, or business operations. The current version and effective date will be made available through the Platform. Where required by law or where a change materially affects Players' rights, Game Arena X may require Players to review and actively accept the updated Agreement before continuing to use relevant Platform functionality.

28. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

Players may request closure of their Game Arena X account through the available account settings or by contacting Game Arena X Support. Before closure, Game Arena X may require:

identity verification; settlement of pending competitions; completion or cancellation of pending withdrawals; resolution of payment disputes; or completion of legally required compliance procedures. Certain information may be retained after account closure where required by law, fraud-prevention obligations, accounting requirements, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

29. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to Users in their country of residence.
